Article inserted: 27/11/18 ​ We are changing utility billing providers from SAS (Silver Asset Services) to ARC Utilities from 1 December 2018. All residents will receive their November utility invoice along with a welcome letter and utility application forms. It is a requirement for all existing and new residents to complete the form and send this form in to ARC. The form can also be found on our website in the Forms and Instructions page.
