General Information

Basement Car Parks – Storage of Cardboard Boxes, loose household items, Fridges, Freezers, Washing Machines, TV’s etc, all increase the risk of FIRE in the Basements. They are ideal breeding areas for vermin and make it difficult to hose out the basements and clear the drains. All residents who have any of the above items stored will be contacted directly by AM Strata over the upcoming weeks and will be requested to remove all their loose & non approved items from the Car Parking Spaces. If residents fail to remove these items after this request, further action will be taken. Applications for an approved alloy car space shed can be submitted to - ian.crockett@amstrata.com.au

Balconies – please be aware of and comply with the By-laws that prohibit the drying/airing of washing and placement of any non-approved items - bicycles, mopeds, scooters, surf boards, fridges, freezers etc. These items even if approved must be placed so that they cannot be seen from another lot or from outside the complex. Dog Owners - There are still several residents who are not being RESPONSIBLE, ruining the clean environment for all. Not cleaning up after your dog is unhygienic and shows no respect or consideration to all other residents of Ilanah Aqua.
