The painting contractor has been notified of several painting defects around the complex and has since inspected the issues. We have been informed that all of these issues will be rectified but as yet we have not been given a date. You may have noticed, the major defect is on the canal-facing wall on building 4 near the stairs, where the paint has bubbled with water seepage. We still have another 6 months before the defects liability period lapses, but overall the committee is very pleased with the performance of the contractor and the project manager.
