The 5:30pm Friday evening get-togethers at the pool area are an ongoing weekly activity open to everyone living in ilanah aqua.

This year we hosted our first Kids Christmas Party with a visit from Santa at the Pool area. It was a great success, with all children and parents very happy with the event. Photos will be on display in the Gym and available for download from the ilanah aqua website along with all the latest information.

General Information

Advance Plants were awarded the Gardening Contract and started on the 12th December. Jason is the name of the gardener looking after our complex.

The pool water temperature is averaging 29 degrees and is now being enjoyed by many residents on a regular basis.

HOUSEKEEPING, HYGIENE & SAFETY

Please place all glass waste directly into the yellow lidded recycling bins, not down the chute as the glass shatters all over the bin room.

Out of courtesy to all residents, please ensure all rubbish, nappies and food waste are in a tied plastic bags. Unsealed and unwrapped waste articles are an attraction for vermin and cause a smell in the basements and lobbies. Disinfectant is now being sprayed in the bin rooms. Where possible, please freeze your food waste until Tuesday evenings as the bins are emptied & cleaned every Wednesday.
