The 5:30pm Friday evening get-togethers at the pool area are an ongoing weekly activity open to everyone living in ilanah aqua.

​

A reminder that I am at the pool area every Monday to Thursday afternoon between 5:30pm & 7:00pm. I am also available 24/7 on mobile, 0487 966 115 and email admin@ilanahaqua.com with any questions, issues or concerns you may have.

General Information

The complex has undergone structural roof checks and testing/servicing of all pumps in preparation for the upcoming storm season.

Thank you for donating so many great books, magazines & DVD’s and enjoying the comforts of our boutique library located in the Gym. There are still two shelves empty so there is room for more books.

HOUSEKEEPING, HYGIENE & SAFETY

The basements are being hosed out on a regular basis. Please remove any non-water proof or inappropriate items in your car spaces to avoid water damage.

Please place all glass waste directly into the yellow lidded recycling bin, not down the chute as the glass shatters all over the bin room.

​

Out of courtesy to all residents, please ensure all rubbish, nappies and food waste are in a tied plastic bags. Unsealed and unwrapped waste articles are an attraction for vermin and the cause of bad odours around the lift lobby areas.

The bins are emptied every Wednesday

& cleaned every second Wednesday
