The contractor's final invoice has been approved for payment this week. We retain 5% of the total contract value for 12 months in case there are any further issues that require the painter's attention.

It has been a long and painful process in some respects with scaffold and abseilers to contend with, but I have heard many comments about how good the buildings look again.

I would like to thank all owners and residents for their cooperation in allowing access to their units and balconies for painting and inspections. It has helped the project run smoothly from start to finish.
