Painting Project - section removed

Over the next few weeks the project manager and contractor will be doing inspections of the complex to make sure all remaining issues are resolved to their/our satisfaction.
The project progress status is as follows:
•Building 1 External 100% Foyers 100% •Building 2 External 100%, Foyers 100% •Building 3 External 100%, Foyers 100% •Building 4 External 100%, Foyers 100% •Gymnasium 100% •Ground walls 100%
We have the following issues where work was held up by residents and these remain unresolved. We have had to inform the owners involved that any resulting issues will be their responsibility from now on. The issues are:
•Penthouse residents with covers installed over their sunhoods have taken the issue to the Commissioner. You will have received the request for submissions to the Commissioner.
•Two units have balcony grouting issues. One unit has severely damaged balcony tile grouting to the point that a complete re-grout is necessary for waterproofing. High pressure water sprayers can cause this problem, so it is recommended that they are not used on your balcony. The other unit has a coating over the tiles and grouting that must be removed to allow proper sealing. This is a serious issue for the owner because you may also be responsible for the cost of water leaks/damage to the unit/s below.
