The Weekly Friday evening get-togethers at the Pool area have been great a success, and a reminder this is an ongoing weekly activity open to all residents of llanah Aqua. Please bring a small plate of snacks or casserole dish for the table and your own beverage.

I am at the Pool area every Monday -> Thursday afternoon between 5:30pm & 7:00pm to discuss and answer anything about the ongoing operations of llanah Aqua or suggestions you may have.

General Info

As cardboard is a fire hazard, please remove all cardboard boxes from the basement areas.

The basements will be hosed out on a regular basis starting next week, and any non-water proof items in your car spaces please remove to avoid water

damage.

Housekeeping, Hygiene & Safety

Can all glass waste be placed directly into the Yellow Lidded Recycling Bin, not down the Chute as the glass shatters all over the Bin Room.

Out of courtesy to all residents, can we all please ensure all Rubbish, Nappies and Food Waste are in a tied plastic bag. Unsealed and unwrapped waste articles are an attraction for Vermin and the cause of bad odours around the lift lobby areas.

The Bins are emptied every Wednesday
