Firm Finish have fitted a new glass panel balustrade for the entrance area for building 6.
•The lock on Front Door unit 216 needed replacement parts and refitting. •Obtaining quotes to repair two leaking garden taps and cracked down pipe •An adjustment of modem settings has the internet now working in one unit
•Removal of small berry tree growing in roof gutter of Building 4 •One of the three long term faulty street lights is now working, the electrician is still working on the remaining two that have underground wiring issues •Garage Door for Building 2 and 3, ceased working on Sunday night, I locked it open until the serviceman arrived •Garage door for Building 6, had a recoil spring snap overnight, this was rectified in the morning •A Sump pump in building seven failed, the secondary one is operating, and the faulty one is being repaired this week •New fire evacuation diagrams have been printed and are being affixed to the lobby walls •The basement carparks will be hosed out over the upcoming weeks •Two electronic locks were faulty, and have been replaced on Lobby doors in Building 1 & 3 •Assistance with padding lifts for three new residents moving in •The replacement of Emergency Lights with battery continue over the next two weeks

The 4th camera is now fitted and operational at the front gate
•The security camera monitoring system has been relocated to a secure location •The video link to building 1 intercoms is now operational •The right-hand door frame, Building 1, eastern lobby entrance is loose and not fixed securely - assessing repair •The Swimming Pool is 21degres average , tiles have been pressure hosed. •The book exchange library is becoming established in the Gym
