• #3 Boiler under Building 6 - service call to reset and regain normal functionality. • New glass panel balustrade for the entrance area for building 6. • The lock on Front Door unit 115 needed the correct spring fitted internally, was not opening from inside. • 20 smoke alarms in Fire escapes and Lobbies have been upgraded to Photo Electric, a plan/quotation will be submitted by Gold Cast Fire Protection Services to replace all smoke detectors in the entire building over the next two years, as they date, expire or fail. • The replacement of Emergency Lights with battery continues over the next two weeks ◦ Circular round fluoro lights in each lobby & fire escapes ◦ Exit Signs (Green) above each fire door ◦ Double long fluoro lights in the basements • All the Fire Extinguishers and Fire hose reel are being checked this week along with supply of an updated Fire Evacuation Plan & new Signage in the Common areas. • Repairs to the Fire Doors that were detected during an audit in July are being actioned along with four doors being replaced and certified. • Supply of 4m3 Mulch and 1m3 Soil, this was spread around by our Contract Gardener. • An adjustment of modem settings and re cabling has the internet now working in three units. • The Swimming Pool now has perfect Chlorine, Ph & Alkalinity Levels, ready for summer.
