The latest update on the project completion date is that it will be completed on 9/9/16.

We must remind residents that garbage chute rooms are common property and cannot be used as permanent storage.

Balcony Tiles: It is recommended that you clean your balcony tiles prior to grout repair and sealing. I received a good tip from Rob Smith that "the Chux Magic Erasor is brilliant for cleaning tiles, though they need to be cleaned one tile at a time. I used 3 blocks for my patio and bought them from Coles at Hope Island Marina". See Painting images.
