TV Reception - updated

Steve has installed a filter in the antenna cable that has helped to some extent but not completely fixed the problem at this stage. My reception dies or becomes pixelated either hourly or half-hourly for about 1 minute. I've noticed it occurs at 1 minute past the hour.
