The fire door inspection of all units in Buildings 1,2,3 and 4 was completed by Gold Coast Fire Protection this week. A report of the doors requiring maintenance has been provided to the committee and Steve has already made a good start on repairing the Common Area doors and equipment. Several units require new doors so Steve will be in contact with those residents to replace the front door in due course.
