Article updated: 21/11/15 At the last EGM the new speed limit of 15kph was approved by the owners. The committee determined that this would be a more practical limit than the previous 10kph limit while still keeping the speed to a safe level. Hopefully no-one tries to take advantage and drive even faster in the complex, but I suspect that residents will take more notice of their speed and find it easier to "cruise" around the driveways. We have not replaced the speed signs yet, but that will occur shortly.
