This project relates to buildings 1 to 4 only.

We are over half way through this project thanks to all residents who have registered to have their door painted.

This is our final week of painting coming up, so we will be in close contact with the remaining residents.

For those who have had to re-schedule their door, we apologise for the inconvenience. The painter is doing his best to get to all doors but sometimes he runs out of time and sometimes the resident doesn't turn up. Having the intercom not working at various times has also been a problem. We know the electricians are working on this.

Why are we painting... Our unit front doors are not part of the main painting project but they are rusting and fading and need repair. We have organised a separate painter to work on the doors of buildings 1 to 4 only.

The front doors are classed as "fire doors" for fire safety and are the responsibility of the Body Corporate to maintain.
