Your fire door (unit front door) must be repaired and painted, so we request that all residents of these units 111 to 444 use our website to register the days that your unit will be available for painting (ie. you will allow the painter to paint your open door). You may be at home on these days or you may have a neighbour that can look after your unit.

We need your response as soon as possible to schedule the painter after the start date of Monday 16/5/16. (Currently booked up to 23rd may) It is important that we repair every door because the rust is growing, so please register your unit as soon as you can to assist us.

The entry form on the website (click here to access the form) requires that you select 2 days so that the painter can repair and undercoat the door on day1 then paint the final coat on day2. Each day the door is required to remain open for several hours to dry the paint on the outside surface and inside the door frame. The inside surface of the door will not be painted but will be left with the same colour the owner has chosen him/herself.

There is no cost to the owner or resident for this work because the body corporate owns the fire doors and is covering the cost.

The information you provide will be kept private and is only available to the committee and caretaker. A brief list of unit numbers, dates and times will be given to the painter for individual days only.
