QBCC repairs to buildings 5,6,7

Work has now been completed on the basements of buildings 5, 6 and 7.

The boom (cherry-picker) that has been working in the driveway is being used to repair the rusting beams on the balconies of these same buildings.

If you are a resident on the 3rd level of building 5, 6 or 7 please be ready to move your furniture to protect it from the dust and paint that may be dropped from the work being carried out.
