Painting Project - removed from Noticeboard

It has been noted that some residents are keeping their pot plants on the balcony so that they can water them regularly. It is preferable that you remove them so that the workmen have clear access to the tiles and walls. The body corporate has responsibility for waterproofing the balconies so it is important that all areas are accessible.

If you must keep them on the balcony, please try not to overflow the pot or saucer because it creates more dampness on the tiles adding to the rain problem, and may also run down onto the next balcony multiplying the problem.

You will also notice a boom arriving at the complex very soon. This will be used to work on the driveway side of the buildings to reach all areas of those faces. So some days you may have workmen working on both side of your unit and possibly in the foyer.
