The Treasurer (Ernst Panke) advised the Committee that Bryan Fulcher of Innovative Lift Consultants had negotiated an excellent lift contract with Schindler Lifts who were trying to convince the Body Corporate to revert back to their standard contract. The Treasurer went on say that it would take an hour to explain the current situation and that it would be advisable to seek legal advice on the obligations of the Body Corporate and to determine the contract position with Schindler Lifts. RESOLVED that the Body Corporate Manager would seek legal advice on behalf of the Body Corporate and provide a response in due course.
