It was noted that Dayshelf who currently provide fire inspection reports and maintenance to the complex were not performing to the standard expected by the Committee, and that alternative contractors were being considered for review by the Committee. RESOLVED that the Body Corporate Manager would check the terms and conditions of the contract with Dayshelf and if no restrictions were evident, the quotation from Gold Coast Fire Protection be accepted and the new contract be dated to start on 1 April 2016.
