The Committee discussed a number of issues relating to the performance of the cleaners. The Caretaker tabled photographs of damage caused to doors, taps, door handles, walls and light switches. It was estimated that the damage caused by the cleaners amounted to $15,000.00 to $20,000.00 over the course of time. RESOLVED that Libby Predebon (Secretary), would review the performance of the cleaners and advise the Committee of the outcome at the next meeting.
