Steve has reported today that the waterproofing on all rooftops is now successfully completed. This was necessary prior to starting the painting project. Steve says...

"As we had heavy rain last night...I’ve inspected every stairwell and top floor foyers this morning and can report them all to be free of any leaks from above.

Before the waterproofing was done there were 6 known leaks in foyers and 2 in the stair wells.

I’ve also checked for signs of water running down the face of the buildings from the concreted roof areas and can confirm this has also now stopped."
