The committee have agreed to settle the dispute at an agreed figure and will be putting the motion to an EGM on 15/10/14.

The EGM will be held on 15/10/14 at 3pm in the gymnasium.

This meeting is very important in resolving the ongoing dispute with the previous lift service contractors. Please read the information that has been mailed to you explaining the issue and the motion.

In summary, the dispute has gone on for an extended period of time and while we have had a good case, the costs accumulate and so the committee have voted in favour of the motion to settle the dispute at the agreed amount and urge all owners to do the same.
