As an update to this issue, Ernst, Steve and Rob Smith have identified 2 possible water leaks that may require attention.

1. The water feature outside the gate This is being looked at closely to locate the leak/s and how to fix them.

2. The area in front of building 5 An engineer has been sought to test the ground and attempt to locate the leak so that it can be repaired as soon as possible.

Ernst has been monitoring the water usage on a daily basis to give us as much information as possible about what/when/where the water is being used.

On the good news side, we have ascertained that the Body Corporate can apply for a credit from the Council to compensate for an unidentified leak. We will keep you informed.
